Bailey's Chocolate Bliss Balls

Prep 25 min // (No cooking)

Although this recipe has alcohol in them, they are also great fun for young children to help make and for older children to do on their own. If you want them to be kid friendly, it's easy, just leave out the Baileys - or make two batches for a multi-parent sneaky treat at the end of a long day!

INGREDIENTS

1 pack Marie Biscuits

¼ cup cocoa

1 tin sweetened condensed milk

1 cup of coconut (plus extra to roll balls in)

1 shot (or a double shot if you are a baileys lover like me!) Baileys

METHOD

Crush the biscuits until you have a fine crumb

Add all ingredients (except the extra coconut) and mix well

Using teaspoon get some mixture roll into a ball and then coat in the extra coconut

Store in an airtight container and place in fridge.
