Bliss Balls - 3 Ways

Peanut Butter & Carob Nibs
INGREDIENTS
Peanut butter and carob nibs
Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
8 medjool dates
¼ cup of cashews
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup carob nibs
THERMOMIX METHOD
Place all ingredients except the carob nib into bowl and blend 5sec/sp
Add carob nib and mix 4 sec/sp3/reverse.
Roll into tablespoon size balls.
Portion into snaplock bags for either 1 or 2 balls per child, label bag and store in freezer.
Non-THERMOMIX METHOD
Place all ingredients except the carob nib into food processor and blend until smooth.
Add carob nib and mix by hand until combined.
Roll into teaspoon size balls and put in fridge to set.
Sultana & Oat Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup of rolled oats
1 ½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup dates
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sultanas
Desiccated coconut for rolling
THERMOMIX METHOD
Place all ingredients into bowl and chop 10sec/sp6 scrape down bowl. If mixture hasn’t come together then repeat for 5 sec/sp
Roll tablespoon size mix into balls and then roll in coconu
Portion into snaplock bags for either 1 or 2 balls per child, label bag and store in freeze
Non-THERMOMIX METHOD
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined.
Roll teaspoon size mix into balls and then roll in coconut.
Put in fridge to set.
Banana & Chocolate Chip Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS
1 1/5 cup rolled oats
½ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon chocolate chips
THERMOMIX METHOD
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix 10sec/sp5 and scrape down sides. Repeat for 10sec/sp4.
If the mixture is to sticky add some more oats (about 1/3 cup) and mix again.
Roll into tablespoon size balls.
Portion into snaplock bags for either 1 or 2 balls per child, label bag and store in freezer.
Non-THERMOMIX METHOD
Mash banana.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until combined.
If the mixture is to sticky add some more oats (about 1/3 cup) and mix again.
Roll into teaspoon size balls.
Put into fridge to set.
You may choose to make all versions of the bliss balls or just one type.
Bliss balls will last in freezer up to 2 months. You may choose to make only one type of bliss ball or a combination of the balls.
