Chewy Museli Bar Slice

I grew up with Uncle Toby's chewy museli bars as a regular in my lunchbox, so I thought I would try and re-create something from home that had less sugar and preservatives in it for the twins.
It's a sticky, gooey mixture that makes it the perfect time for your kids to help you in the kitchen and get their hands messy!
Prep 10 min // Cook 20 min
INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup LSA mix (Ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup bown sugar
1/3 cup sultanas
1/4 cup chocolate chips or carob nibs
THERMOMIX METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a slice tray with baking paper.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl except sultanas and choc chips, and mix 10sec/sp5. Scrape down and repeat.
