INGREDIENTS

1 carrot

1 zucchini

1 onion

2 tablespoon continental parsley

1 cup plain flour

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 cup milk

1 cup vintage cheese grated

Cup frozen peas and corn

2 cups diced ham


Non-THERMOMIX METHOD

  1. Grate zucchini and carrot and place in bowl.

  2. Finely dice onion and add to carrot and zucchini.

  3. Dice parsley and place that along with peas, corn, ham and cheese into bowl and mix well.

  4. Add the flour, beaten eggs and milk and mix through the vegetable mix.

  5. Heat pan and drizzle olive oil into pan.

  6. When hot place spoonful of fritter mix into the pan (like making pancakes).

  7. When the mixture starts to bubble turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. Serve hot with salad.


THERMOMIX METHOD

  1. Roughly chop zucchini, carrot, onion and parsley and place in bowl chop 5sec/speed7.

  2. Add flour, cheese, peas and corn to bowl and mix 4sec/speed3/reverse.

  3. Add milk and beaten egg and mix 6sec/speed4/reverse.

  4. Heat pan and drizzle with oil and place spoonful of fritter mix into pan (like making pancakes).

  5. When mixture starts to bubble turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with salad.
