Preservative-free Bread

I make bread in my Thermomix but you can easily make it from scratch, or use a bread machine. (This recipe is for a Thermomix.)
INGREDIENTS
310g warm water
1 sachet of yeast
Teaspoon salt
550g bakers flour
30g olive oil
METHOD
Add ingredients as listed.
Mix for 10 seconds on speed 6.
Kneed for 1min.
Place dough in oiled bowl and leave until it has doubled in size.
Cut dough into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
Brush the top with milk.
Place into a cold oven at 160 degrees and bake for approximately 15min.
These rolls are great for sandwiches, burgers or for pulled pork or beef rolls.
You can make this into a savoury roll by adding your favourite toppings to the top of the roll before baking.
